Father's Day BBQ

Celebrate Father’s Day on the farm—relax in our beautiful wide-open spaces, enjoy

great food and sweet summer treats, feed and play with the animals, and spend time

together in the fresh air. Guests can also enjoy optional lawn games, treasure hunts,

and other relaxed farm activities throughout the event.

We’re serving up a classic summer BBQ—done the Little Green Acres way—with a

private chef onsite preparing barbecue pulled pork, hamburgers, hot dogs, brats,

vegetarian options, a fully loaded toppings bar, classic summer sides, and sweet

seasonal desserts.

And of course…

Farmhouse Root Beer will be flowing—cold, nostalgic, and one of those simple things

that feels like summer. We’ll also have refreshing lemonades, watermelon, and other

summertime favorites to enjoy throughout the event.

Kids (and kids at heart!) can take part in:

• Treasure hunts designed for different age groups
• Sack races
• Cowboy hat beanbag tosses
• Lasso challenges using our adorable wooden farm horses
• Guessing games and more

Guests who complete the treasure hunt will earn a special surprise from the chef.

In the petting zoo, visitors can spend time with the animals, feed bottles to the baby

goats and lambs, hand out animal crackers to some very eager farm friends and enjoy

all the charm and chaos that comes with life on the farm.

Our alpacas are especially curious about visitors. While they can be a little shy and

skittish, calm guests may be rewarded with gentle nose rubs—and if you’re lucky, an

alpaca may even lean in to sniff your breath, which they find fascinating.

Strawbale climbing areas will be set up beneath the tents for kids who want to play,

explore, or simply burn off a little extra energy between activities.

Whether you’re celebrating a dad, grandpa, uncle, or another loved one, we’re delighted

to welcome you—and each celebrant will head home with a small gift from the farm.

Children 3 & under: Free

Includes BBQ meal, desserts, drinks, activities, and farm access.

Vegetarian options and gluten-free buns will be available. While we may not be able to

accommodate all dietary restrictions, we’ll have a wide variety of food for guests to

enjoy.

Relaxed picnic-style seating will be available beneath our event tents, or bring a picnic

blanket and find your favorite spot on the farm.
