Rosemary is an herb that is typically enjoyed fresh in roast chicken or pork dishes or dry in rubs for meat dishes. It provides antioxidants as well as anti-inflammatory benefits

Sage: Sage is an herb that's often used in Italian cuisine. It's high in essential oils and has anti-inflammatory properties.
Savory
Savory is an herb that is high in antioxidants and has peppery-tasting leaves. It is a good source of dietary fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and iron.
Thyme
Thyme: Thyme is an herb that's often used in French cuisine. It's high in essential oils and has anti-inflammatory properties
Tarragon
Tarragon is an herb that has long leaves. It is a good source of vitamins A, B6 and C, as well as potassium and dietary fiber and is high in antioxidants.
Tea bushes
Tea bushes are the plants used to produce tea leaves. They are evergreen shrubs that are native to Southeast Asia and are high in antioxidants.

Beans
We have both bush and vine beans for fresh eating and drying. The fresh beans are available from mid-July, the dried beans in September and October
Carrots
Carrots are usually available from early summer into late fall.
Cucumbers
Cucumbers are usually available in mid- to late summer.
Garlicβ―
(Primarily elephant garlic)
We grow a lot of garlic which is harvested in mid-June, garlic scapes are available in May and early June.
Hops
We grow a limited amount of hops, primarily to help bee populations get rid of Varroa mites (one of the leading causes of hive collapse). These flowers are ready to be picked in August-September.
Kale
We grow a variety of Kale.
Lettuce
Lettuce is usually available from spring through fall.
Onions
We always have βWalking Onionsβ that produce small bulbs on the top, and the foliage can be chopped up like chives. They taste similar to shallots but are slightly more pungent. We grow yellow onions as well.
Peas
Peas are an early summer crop, and we grow both snap and sugar varieties.
Peanuts
Peanuts are fun to grow and a great plant for kids to watch grow throughout the summer. They are typically harvested in late September.
Potatoes
We grow a few types of potatoes, but primarily Russets and Reds. We plant new crops three times a year to get multiple harvests. This is another crop kids love to dig up.
Radishes
Radishes are usually available from early summer through fall.
